📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
