📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular stock audits and manage the replenishment process.,Train and develop store staff to improve their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in the implementation of store promotions and marketing activities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for work purposes.
