In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions, including processing payments and providing change,Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register,Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and addressing their needs,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Assist in training and onboarding new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
