Web Bit Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in the local market. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers in the local market.,Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase sales.,Promote and sell our products/services through various channels.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Collect and analyze sales data to improve performance.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
