📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead the financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Monitor and control the hospital's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.,Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and healthcare-specific financial practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
