📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participating in inventory management and stock control activities.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.,Proven track record of successful team management and sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
