📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform various laboratory tests including blood, urine, and other specimens using advanced equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
• Analyze test results and prepare accurate and detailed reports for healthcare providers.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Follow strict quality control procedures and maintain laboratory safety standards.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification from a recognized medical technology association (e.g., Indonesian Association for Medical Laboratory Sciences - IALM).
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as Sysmex, Beckman Coulter, and other relevant systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
