📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and final project documentation.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Valid engineering license.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
