In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, a deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and risk management strategies.,Oversee the preparation and implementation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs).,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in treasury management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and banking systems.,Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of financial software and systems is a plus.
