OMEGA Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Outlet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Promote products and drive sales through effective merchandising and marketing strategies.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of marketing and merchandising strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
