📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the pastry team and ensuring the quality and consistency of bakery products.
• Developing new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.
• Supervising the production process to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of work.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing inventory and purchasing of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of success in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
