Carsome is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, identifying top talent, and building a strong pipeline of candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.,Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our recruitment processes and tools.,Participate in the development and implementation of our employee value proposition.,Collaborate with other HR functions, such as employee relations and compensation and benefits.,Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
