Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOZO Skin Clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and lead a team of beauty therapists and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring that all clients leave with a positive experience.,Manage inventory and ensure that all products are well-stocked and organized.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a beauty therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.,Knowledge of beauty and skincare products, and a passion for the industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid beauty therapy license or equivalent qualification.
