Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Coordinating with team members to achieve targets,Monitoring performance and providing feedback,Managing schedules and ensuring compliance with company policies,Resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment,Conducting regular team meetings and updates,Ensuring health and safety standards are met,Assisting in the recruitment and training of new staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Proven track record of leading and motivating teams,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Familiarity with operational processes and procedures,Education: Diploma or equivalent in relevant field,Experience in a similar role within the energy sector is a plus
