You'll work with the latest tools and software, including iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare, to ensure efficient and accurate repairs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Use specialized tools and software such as iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare for efficient repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
• Maintain and organize the repair workshop, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Handle inventory management and ensure all parts and tools are readily available.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician or in a related field.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile device hardware and software.
• Familiarity with repair tools and software such as iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in mobile device repair is a plus.
