Quick Star Nusantara is a growing company in the Belawan area, looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
