📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all branch operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Manage branch budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
