📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer foot traffic.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant meets all company standards and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.,Ability to work well in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
