📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Mentor and support junior teachers to enhance their teaching skills and professional development.,Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance teaching methods.,Participate in school-wide events and initiatives to contribute to the overall success and growth of the institution.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress, attendance, and other relevant information.,Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment that fosters student engagement, curiosity, and critical thinking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Education Curriculum and relevant teaching standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents.,Familiarity with educational technology and innovative teaching methods.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
