📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury hospitality and tourism properties in Bali, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing luxury hospitality properties.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in operational management or a similar relevant field is a plus.
