Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for CIF Forwarding services.,Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our services remain competitive and profitable.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.,Conduct regular reviews of pricing and service offerings to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and pricing agreements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new business strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and pricing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and pricing roles, preferably in the logistics or export industry.,Strong understanding of CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) forwarding processes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
