As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development.

Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Lead and mentor junior HR staff.

Contribute to the strategic planning of the HR department.

Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using HR software and tools.

Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
