📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides, manuals, and other materials,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives,Create and maintain documentation for APIs, SDKs, and other technical resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes,Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex technical information,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
