Code Smart Abadi is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and develop appropriate programs,Maintain records of all training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
