📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of delivery agents, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Optimize delivery routes using advanced software like Google Maps and Route4Me to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular training sessions for delivery agents to ensure they are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
