• Maintain accurate records of job seekers' profiles, job placements, and career counseling sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, job market developments, and career resources to provide valuable insights to job seekers.
• Promote PBCS's career services and job placement programs to attract more job seekers and employers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the local job market in Bangka Belitung and the ability to identify emerging job opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and software, such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory.
