📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and draft commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring they are legally binding and financially beneficial.
• Negotiate terms with clients and partners, balancing our business interests with their needs.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust our contracts and strategies.
• Collaborate with the legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our competitive positioning in the market.
• Use JurisDoc and Salesforce to manage and track contracts and commercial activities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, legal strategy, or financial analysis.
• Proven track record in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using JurisDoc, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
