Cemerlang Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of ensuring efficient and safe operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its employees.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,High school diploma or equivalent.
