📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Java.
• Oversee the architecture and performance of our backend infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems with frontend applications and other services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize backend performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating new solutions into our backend systems.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in at least one of the following: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of backend engineers.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
