As a Business Development Staff at PT. Victory International, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and business proposals to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
