As an Enterprise Risk Management Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business units. You will leverage your expertise in risk management frameworks and tools such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and RiskMatrix to ensure that the company operates within acceptable risk levels. Your daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing risk treatment plans, and monitoring risk performance metrics. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
