📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the estimation of ore reserves using industry-standard software such as Vulcan and Datamine.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the ore reserve database to ensure accuracy and compliance with international reporting standards.
• Collaborate with geologists, mining engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data necessary for reserve estimation.
• Prepare and present reports on ore reserve estimates to senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement best practices for ore reserve estimation and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to ore reserve estimation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in the department to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ore reserve estimation, with a strong background in mining operations.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Vulcan, Datamine, and Surpac.
• Certification in ore reserve estimation, such as the Certified Professional in Mining (CPM) or the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
