The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring that production targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer deadlines and production targets.,Manage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments such as purchasing, quality control, and logistics to ensure seamless production processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on production status and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the garment manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems, including ERP software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in the garment industry is a plus.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
