As an MEPFS Coordinator, your daily tasks will include coordinating with MEPFS contractors, reviewing design documents, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards. You'll leverage your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to manage project schedules and budgets effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate MEPFS systems integration across various construction projects
• Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Manage project schedules and budgets, working closely with project managers
• Conduct site inspections to monitor MEPFS work progress and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with MEPFS contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Leverage AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for efficient project management
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to enhance project quality
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPFS coordination in construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction management software and project management tools
